The key techniques are explained and ingredients are included for making a great risotto. This kit includes Piemonte Arborio Rice and seasoning liquid which has Northern California wild porcini mushrooms and Napa Valley California Chardonnay.
With the addition of some fresh mushrooms, onion and parmesan cheese, a great risotto will be in your future!

Handwash with warm water using a mild detergent
Do not soak boards in water or machine wash.
Dry with a clean soft cloth immediately and let board finish air drying completely.
Apply a liberal coating of Tam Laser Cutting Board Oil over entire surface and let soak in for 2 hours.
Wipe off excess oil and poilish to a shine.
