160 year old olive wood from California's Central Valley, this piece measures 18"x22" at its widest point tapering down to 12" and is approximately 2.25 inches thick.
It has beautiful live edge bark markings on one side and the surface is punctuated with more uniquely gorgeous markings.
It is Finished with tung oil and bee's wax board oil.

Charcuterie and Cutting Board Care
Handwash with warm water using a mild detergent
Do not soak boards in water or machine wash.
Dry with a clean soft cloth immediately and let board finish air drying completely.
Apply a liberal coating of Tam Laser Cutting Board Oil over entire surface and let soak in for 2 hours.
Wipe off excess oil and poilish to a shine.
