Luther Burbank is credited with creating this hybrid variety of walnut when he crossed the Claro walnut, also called the California Black Walnut, with the English walnut.
Charcuterie and Cutting Board Care
Handwash with warm water using a mild detergent
Do not soak boards in water or machine wash.
Dry with a clean soft cloth immediately and let board finish air drying completely.
Apply a liberal coating of Tam Laser Cutting Board Oil over entire surface and let soak in for 2 hours.
Wipe off excess oil and poilish to a shine.
